A Dune Road Engagement Session | Samantha+Lenny

As a photographer on Long Island, I may envy the west coast photographers with their palm tree backdrops and desert overlooks, but beach shoots make up for all of that. When Samantha and Lenny asked for a beach engagement session on Dune Road in the Hamptons, my answer was a resounding yes.

After a few reschedules due to weather, we were finally able to capture this adorable couple right on the edge of the Atlantic Ocean. An overcast evening created soft light that I just love for portrait sessions. The warm temperatures with just a hint of a breeze made this session cool, both in a literal and figurative sense. Keeping true to the natural, unposed, and organic nature of my wedding photography, we wandered the coastline and captured photos of their love while their personalities shined through. Lenny, thank you for all the lifts and spins!
